Our History "Mike and I grew up in Queens, NY," said Pete Lupoli, co-owner with his brother, of the car sales and repair company on the corner of Route 23 and Cauterskill Road. Pete Sr., the brothers' father, had a summer residence in Purling, NY, and the boys had the luxury of every summer in the Catskills. "As adults, we moved this business up from Queens, buying the place and opening shop on September 8th, 1973." Pete adds, "We've been serving a great community up here for decades. It is a really good place to raise a family." Three generations have worked the business since 1973; Michael, Pete's grandson, helps out, and Stacey, one of the members of the second generation, is at the shop at least three days a week.
